FAQ

A few things are good to know beforehand. Please read carefully especially our cancellation policy.

Booking trips

The reservations should rather be made a few days before the activity in the Rovaniemi Tourist information at Lordi’s Square. There you can book and pay the ride.

Even if you have already made a reservation beforehand, please confirm it by paying at the Tourist information at first.

All prices include local VAT 10 % on the guided rides and program services, and 24 % in the bus rental.

For your safety

All of our visitors are in charge of their own free time insurances. The company has a liability insurance.

All beginners and children are always riding by leaded ride. The galopping and cantering are only for those who have a diploma with the horses or a lot of competition or trail riding experience.

Any food allergies or diets must be told in the tourist office when making the reservation. Even if you have already made a reservation beforehand, please confirm that your special needs have been noted when paying at the Tourist information.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation in less than 24 hours before the trip would begin we will keep the booking fee minimum 20 € per person if it is paid straight to our account. In the tourist office or in any hotel selling our trips you must ask their cancellation policy in the place. We are not able to return any funds if you come to the farm, and then suddenly decide not to ride or participate to the programs. If the transport is ordered or paid to the bus company or in any of our personal cars, we are not able to return the money in case you suddenly cancel the trip.

Please note that we are not able to make any refunds after the ride has been completely paid.

Driving iN Lapland by yourself?

If you plan to arrive by driving a rented car yourself, please drive slowly and carefully as there are often reindeers and moose on the road. Roads can also be very slippery on the winter time.

Please also notice that the navigator easily looses the signal on the forest road, so look for the address in the Google Maps before you are on your way.
